Duncan.Legal offers a half hour, free-of-charge, Estate Planning Audit. An EP Audit appointment can be held either face-to-face or by teleconferencing (eg Zoom) if you prefer.

For this appointment you will need to provide your existing Estate Planning documents together with details of your Assets, Liabilities, Superannuation, Life Insurance, business details, family trusts etc., and a brief rundown of your Estate Planning objectives & concerns. At the end of this 30 minute discussion, Duncan.Legal will prepare a Cost Estimate in relation to your Estate Planning that you can take with you and decide whether you would like to proceed.

Please note, should your EP Audit appointment exceed 30 minutes, a charge for any time over the initial 30 minutes at our usual professional hourly rate will apply. Most clients however, complete their EP Audit in under 30 minutes.
